Ralph Keiper

 

 

Ralph L. Keiper, 64, of Pocono Pines, died on Monday, February 3, 2014 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Sherry (Argot) Keiper with whom he shared 40 years of marriage.

Born in Ridley Park, he was the son of the late Ralph and Eleanor (Patterson) Keiper.

Ralph was a Veteran of the United States Army and served in the Vietnam War. He owned and operated Keiper's Lock and Alarm for 37 years until his retirement. Ralph was an EMT with the Tobyhanna Township Volunteer Ambulance Corps and is a life member, a member of the Vietnam Veterans of America, and the Wilson- Fischer Post American Legion.

In addition to his wife Sherry, he is survived by his sons: Jason Keiper of Pocono Pines and Alan Keiper and his wife Tamara of Wilkes-Barre; daughters: Carolyn Keiper of Pocono Pines and Kristen Green and her spouse Kalani of Yardville, NJ; his sister Kim Keiper and her companion Yash Nylan and several nieces and nephews.

There will a viewing on Friday, February 7 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Bolock Funeral Home, 6148 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco. Reverends Luke and Carey Richards will conduct a funeral service on Saturday, February 8 at 11 a.m. at the Wesleyan Church, State Hwy 940 at Locust Ridge Rd, Pocono Lake. Burial will follow at the Mountain Rest Cemetery.
